Under new leadership, the Swiss Accreditation Service SAS took an important step towards future viability last year. As part of a comprehensive organizational development process, employees and management intensively examined the SAS's mission, working methods, and tasks. The declared goal of these efforts is to further develop and strengthen accreditation in Switzerland.
The result of this process is the SAS Compass, a guide that shows how we commit to a strong and competitive Swiss economy and ensure the quality and safety of products, services, and processes. Our compass is in line with the overarching guiding principles of the SECO, which also shape our attitude and actions.
